Siva Sivani Institute of management (SSIM) is conducting placement drive at the campus. Many national and International prestigious companies are visiting our institute to hire the final year PGDM students. Many of them got placed in top companies and it’s a joyful time for us to see, that our students getting placed in prestigious companies.

It’s an organized effort our team to put our students in touch with reputed employers. We conduct many training programs to make them familiarize with the selection process of corporate companies and conduct workshops in building resumes, cracking GD’s, facing interviews.

And SSIM got no. of honorable awards and very good reputation nationally and internationally in a short period of time. With this specification and the student’s excellent knowledge and performance in the interviews, our majority students are getting good employment. It is not difficult to find employment for them.

Our placement cell organized many campus interviews to enable the job opportunities to all final year students. It is our goal to provide employment opportunity to every willing student on completion of their academic career. Our main aim to establish the connection between students and industries, so that hidden talents of the students will be highlighted, though this both (company and student) will be benefited.

SSIM pleased to announce that students of the 20th batch of PGDM (Triple Specialization) 6th batch of PGDM (Marketing), 5th batch of PGDM (BIFAAS) and 4th batch of PGDM(HR) during 2013-2014 have been placed in residential and non- residential.

• SSIM is the accredited campus associate of DELOITTE
• Signed MOU with HDFC bank to have a joint certification program in retail banking and signed MOU with TMI network for placements for their clients
• Signed MOU with M/S global talent consultants, Thailand for training and placements for the students of SSIM both national and international
• SSIM is the first institute to have an MOU with NSE to offer a joint certificate program with SSIM in "certified capital market professional"

Way to reach the Management studies

The main objective of this article is to help the students who are looking to get in to management studies in a good, ambitious, developed B-School in or around their cities/town/locations must know how to get into that. Conceptually, what are the actual steps to enter into the Management Courses? Here am going to discuss in brief how you can enter into MBA courses. This is a personal challenge to every student after the completion of their Degree, later looking for a MBA Studies. Truly I say to you that this Management Studies transforms the normal student into a Person with high quality management skills to stand against any challenge that encounters in their life ahead.

Management institutes have few steps to select candidates for MBA course. First of all candidates has to clear the entrance examination, there are so many like CAT, XAT, and CMAT...etc for MBA Studies. Some institutes have their own entrance tests to join their institutes, like FMS (Faculty Management Study), IIIFT (Indian Institute of Foreign Trade) and so on. In this entrance exam, Students has to face the questions on Problem Solving, Logical Thinking, and Data Interpretation Abilities. The result of this entrance examination gives the estimation upon a student efficiency and ability whether to admit them or not into their Institutes.

The score of the student decides the future whether to get the admission or not. Thereby, student chooses the college according to the score he/she has been secured.

The next step is G&D (Group Discussion) in this, people will estimate candidate’s knowledge about content, the points they are discussing, how they are reacting to others opinions, and leadership qualities, through the candidates’ performance. Followed by the Group Discussion, Personal Interview has to be faced by the students. In personal interviews Management will measure the candidate’s enthusiasm, whether truly interested to join the course or not. They measure in terms of Candidates Long-term goals, attitude and interest.

A New Payment System in the Global Market has come to beat the payments, transactions in its new style of Trading.

The authenticity of each transaction is protected by digital signatures corresponding to the sending addresses, allowing all users to have full control over sending bitcoins from their own Bitcoin addresses. In addition, anyone can process transactions using the computing power of specialized hardware and earn a reward in bitcoins for this service.

Sneha - Alumni meet on 21st December

SSIM is the top non university, non government; standalone AICTE approved B School in AP as per this survey. Current students and the alumni of SSIM can now get an MBA from the Herzing University which has 11 campuses in the USA or obtain an online MBA from the Herzing University. Both on campus and online courses can be finished in 8 to 12 months as there is an 18 credit hour exemption for students holding an SSIM PGDM, thereby cutting the program cost by about 40 to 45 percent.

Alumni/students of SSIM pursuing the Herzing University program on any of its campuses in US will be issued an F-1 Visa and have the option of doing an optional training program in USA for almost an year after the program.
