Work Shop Series For Graduates

Though the students have abundance knowledge, one of the major issue that they face today is the lack of the life development skills. Being in Educational Field over 6 decades, we felt that sharing/ providing skills and knowledge to the students of our fellow institution could be the best way to take our institution social responsibility initiate, as a part of the initiative, we have proposed to organize a series of workshops to provide  the basic skills required for the students.

Workshops will be conducted by resource person drawn from the “Rich Pool of Talent” Comprising of Faculty members of SSIM.

Building Resumes, Cracking GD & Facing interviews

Professionally guided workshop, the workshop will help participants understand the importance of creating a good impression, highlight positive aspects of personality, understand themselves and other better work towards success. Good to Great

Harnessing the power of creative thinking to adapt and respond to change, by transforming innovative thinking into creative action will be the focus of the workshop. Largely a guided activity based workshop, participants will be unravel the creative process and learn to apply them to develop new prospectives and solve practical problems.

Career Development work shop

This workshop will inspire students, to initiate a course of action, which will enable them to build competencies relevant to the job market. The course will also focus on various behavioral dimensions, leadership styles and the importance of interpersonal relationships in building integrated personality that can guarantee career success.

Road map to success: Personality Development

The workshop will identify and help participants discover hidden personal strengths and draw up the vision statements for themselves through experiential learning exercises. Enhancing employable skills will be the key focus of this initiative.
